The Bio-Arc Leg Extension (BA-707) is one of the most popular machines in the Bio-Arc line-up. With each repetition, the user’s entire body moves along a linear arc trajectory to optimize muscle recruitment. As a result, the Bio-Arc Leg Extension allows for a full range of motion and greater muscle contraction during full extension (outperforming traditional fixed position equipment).
Additionally, the Bio-Arc Leg Extension maintains hip angle/pelvic tilt to optimize muscle length throughout the entire leg extension motion. Please note: the Bio-Arc Leg Extension comes equipped with a 200 lbs. weight stack; the weight lifted is the approximate combined user’s weight and weight selected (see Weight Guide label).
