HF Lifestyle was selected from a list of gym equipment vendors who has met our selection criteria based on pricing, right types of equipment for our limited newly set gym and met a good balanced of some of our existing & purchased their equipment as well. The gym finally opened in mid October 2021. Ermin had helped up plan during the re-organizing with our gym operator, showed us his showroom equipment and established a good mix of equipment. He has been very accommodating, flexible and tried his best to meet our requests at most times during the set up period. Though the timeline for the gym's completion was tight, Ermin and his team of staff were able to complete their work within 2 days. We are satisfied with their work and service delivery. pleasure.We got HF Lifestyle to spruce up our Bugis and Paya Lebar branch. For Bugis, we had engaged them to do up a 3D space layout plan and gym set up/installation/service & maintenance. Other Supplier had informed us the installation/setup would take 4 days but completed everything in 2. Great, nothing to complain about. It was efficient. They were also able to fix up our wear & tear gym equipment. As for Paya Lebar, we needed them to fix up our current flooring arrangement. They fixed up our Paya Lebar branch while accomplishing the on-going Bugis project on hand. I've decided to also take-on their maintenance & servicing plan, thanks Ermin for meeting our gym needs. We had asked them to help with our gym space planning, and Ermin was able to give us advice on how to effectively set up the different areas. Pulse Lab was stated at Aliwal Street, Level 3. HF lifestyle had a great team as they need to dismentle the equipment first, then bring it up. Despite the heavy traffic, they need to work extra hour for it. Besides that, it was a termendous service as they check the equipment to view any faulty before handing over to us. Hence, HF Lifestyle has been very flexible and informative as they tried their best to meet our request during the set up. After all, we are satisfied with their work and service.
